Gaelic Football Links

This section contains the most important links involving Gaelic Football.

GAA Official Site
The GAA launched their new site in 2010 and it's packed with great stuff.  I particularly enjoy the 'Coaching & Development' section.  Jason Sherlock, the former Dublin star forward, contributes a weekly column.

Irish Times GAA Section
They don't to break the content into two sections: one for football, one for hurling.  Still, Seán Moran and John O'Keeffe provide quality columns.  Since retiring from inter-county football, Darragh Ó'Sé has contributed a weekly column and is doing a great job.  He blends his experience and knowledge with a clear passion for the game.

Irish Independent Gaelic football Section
The Independent allocates more page space for Gaelic Football than the Irish Times. The style is also different. Instead of the large feature stories that run in the Times, the Indo typically has more articles which are shorter and have less depth.

O'Neill's Online Store
All the Gaelic Football gear you need is on this site.

Gaelic Football Book Search
This link will take you to a Google Book Search for 'Gaelic Football'. 'The History of Gaelic Football' by Jack Mahon is a good read. It traces the last 125 years by describing the dominant teams of each era.
